esolva AG is a Swiss service company with various locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. As a partner for energy supply companies, network operators, and industrial companies, it offers practical and forward-thinking solutions in the areas of engineering, meter-to-cash, and electrical safety. The services include, among others, network planning, energy data management, ICT services, as well as testing and maintenance of electrical systems. esolva combines technical expertise with high process reliability and flexibility – always aligned with the current standards and regulatory requirements of the industry. Baseline
Previously, the product and corporate communication of esolva was managed in an Excel list – resulting in communication measures that were neither sufficiently visible nor systematically measurable. Therefore, esolva decided on a professional planning tool. The aim was to structure communication holistically, consolidate it across topics and target groups, and plan across channels. In addition to more transparency, the measures were also to be evaluated specifically and made measurable in terms of their impact.
What requirements should the planning tool meet?
For esolva, it was important to not only have an overview annual plan but also to quickly and easily access key figures for all communication measures – without having to manually check individual channels and gather figures such as reach or clicks. “With Uhub, we have not only created a structured and central planning basis, but we can also easily and transparently share relevant key figures with our internal stakeholders.”
